We’re Kearston and Serena, two sisters bound by blood, books, and a shared obsession with all things romance. Our journey began in the enchanted forests of Northern Ontario, where we first fell for magical worlds like Twilight. When she’s not delivering babies as a midwife, she’s here in the store, ready to deliver your next book boyfriend. A true heroine at heart, she recently married her very own bookish hero, Art. If you stop by the shop, she’ll gladly help you find the perfect read to make you laugh, cry, and maybe even throw the book across the room—only to pick it up again for one more chapter.

Serena is the sister with children and a husband named after a spice (yes -Basil is his real name!). I’m still holding down the fort in Northern Ontario with my little family, but my heart is always here among the shelves. When I’m not chasing after my kids, I’m lost in a world where fae warriors battle for kingdoms, and star-crossed lovers defy destiny. Though you’ll find me more often in the pages of a book than in the store, I’m always a text or call away to gush over your latest read.
