- If your order contains only in-stock items, it will ship once all items are packed and ready for dispatch.
- If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the entire order will be held and shipped once the pre-order item is released or the out-of-stock item becomes available.
- We do not split shipments unless the customer arranges it. An additional shipping charge applies to each individual shipment. Please email info@hopelessromanticbooks.com to arrange this.

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

For orders placed outside of Canada, expect to pay any customs fees relevant to your jurisdiction upon package arrival. -
