What is your return policy?
Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
All returns are subject to staff inspection, and condition is at the discretion of our team. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
In-Store Purchases
In-store returns are preferred.
Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order number).
Delivery & Shipped Orders
For delivery or shipped orders, customers must email the store with:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- A brief explanation of the return request.
If the return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and covering all shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected in-store.
- Returns may be declined if inspection shows misuse or damage.
What Counts as Damage for Books?- creased spines
- dog-eared/bent corners
- writing or highlighting
- strong odours (smoke, perfume, etc.)
- stains, scratches, or stickers on the cover and/or pages
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing policies.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted and are subject to the same conditions and approval process as returns.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Event tickets within 48 hours of the event unless otherwise specified
- Gift cards
- Special and/or personalized orders and books
- Shipping costs
My item has arrived damaged. What do I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
Refunds on events/tickets
If you are unable to make an event you can request a refund by emailing us directly 24 hours in advance at the latest. Any refund requests within 24hours of the event will not be accepted.
